The organisers of the International Hair and Beauty exhibition have decided to bring forward its celebration by one week – the new date will be October 13th – 15th 2023 at Ifema Madrid.
Salón Look Madrid, the hair & beauty professional event organized by IFEMA MADRID dedicated to national and international players in the hair and beauty industry, will celebrate its 25th anniversary this year. This coming edition will showcase the best offer of novelties and the latest trends of the exhibiting companies and brands. Organizers expect to increase last year’s participation that recovered the pre-Covid levels attracting a total of 50,712 beauty sector professionals attending the trade show, 300 exhibiting companies representing 1,000 brands, and an international presence of 53 exhibitors from 15 countries
The highlight of the event is going to be the exclusive program of parallel activities, such as the XV Aesthetics Congress, Business Management Congress, World Massage Workshops, Micropigmentation Masterclass, Hair Look Catwalk, Make-up demonstrations or Nailympion, making this edition of Salon Look a fundamental appointment for the hair and beauty industry in Spain and abroad.
The anticipation in the Salón Look 2023 calendar is motivated by the celebration of ESMO – International Congress of Oncology (October 20-22), on the dates initially planned by Salón Look. As it has not been held for more than 3 years, this event has aroused great interest among the medical and pharmaceutical community, causing an exorbitant increase in hotel prices on these dates, in addition to the shortage of hotel beds due to the high level of occupancy.
“ Given the seriousness of these inconveniences, both for visitors and exhibitors, it has been decided to bring forward the celebration of Salón Look by a week. Since these dates are the only ones available in the fourth quarter of the year, “says Julia González, director of the Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle fairs at IFEMA MADRID.
